1st Bilbrook Codsall Scout Group has three active sections
Beavers 6 to 8yrs
Cubs 8 to 10 1/2 yrs
Scouts 10 1/2 to 14yrs.
As all our sections are now either fairly full or full with a waiting list it will be best for all prospective Beavers, Cubs or Scouts Parents to see our Joining page and submit the the form found there.
There are additional sections in Scouting that are run on a more District basis and these are
Explorers 14 to 18yrs
Network 18 to 25yrs.
We are a member of the Scout Association in the UK and part of the Wolverhampton West Scout District
As part of the Scout Association, we have a clear purpose
To help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as Members of their local, national and international communities.
Our method for giving young people the opportunity to learn by doing is called the balanced programme. Throughout their time in our Group young people will learn by taking part in a variety of new activities and experiences, exploring the outdoors, participating in teams, playing games, and taking responsibility.
